Details

Roast Level: Medium

Format: Whole Bean or Ground

Bag Size: 12 oz

Roasted: In-house by Self Revive Coffee Roasters

Medium roasts are crafted for balance — smooth sweetness, moderate acidity, and a rounded body. This roast level performs exceptionally well across nearly every brew method, making it ideal for daily drinking and experimentation.

☕ Drip / Pour-Over (Recommended)

  • Ratio: 1:16–1:17

    (20–22 g coffee → 12 oz water)
  • Grind: Medium
  • Water Temp: 198–202°F
  • Result: Balanced cup with clear flavor, gentle acidity, and smooth finish.

🫖 French Press

  • Ratio: 1:15–1:16
  • Grind: Coarse
  • Steep Time: 4–5 minutes
  • Result: Fuller body with enhanced sweetness and a soft, rounded mouthfeel.

❄️ Cold Brew

  • Ratio: 1:12–1:14
  • Grind: Extra-coarse
  • Brew Time: 12–16 hours (cold)
  • Result: Smooth, lightly sweet cup with low acidity and clean flavor.

⚡ Espresso & Moka Pot

  • Dose: 18–20 g in / 36–40 g out
  • Grind: Fine
  • Shot Time: 25–30 seconds
  • Result: Balanced espresso with sweetness, mild acidity, and excellent versatility for milk drinks.

Final Notes

Medium roasts are the most forgiving brew — adjust grind first, then ratio, before changing temperature. They shine black, with cream, or as espresso-based drinks.

Balanced. Reliable. Brew-Anywhere.
