Order Processing Time
All orders are roasted to order and processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we anticipate any delay, we will contact you promptly.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express services.
Available options may vary based on your location and the items in your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and your selected shipping method.
You will always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Domestic Handling Fee
All U.S. orders include a flat handling fee of $2.00 to support packaging and fulfillment costs.
This fee helps cover:

Protective packaging such as poly mailers, padded mailers, or boxes

Insurance or protective measures to reduce transit risk

Order processing and fulfillment labor
We package each order with care to ensure your coffee arrives in excellent condition.
Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control how the carrier handles it.
International Orders
International shipping rates (including destinations such as the United Kingdom) do not include a handling fee and reflect carrier costs only.
Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, weather, carrier delays, or customs processing may extend delivery times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Self Rez Coffee Company is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a carrier marks your package as “delivered” but it is missing, please contact the carrier first for assistance.
Self Rez Coffee Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we are happy to help guide you through next steps if needed.
