Every batch is roasted in small quantities at the Self Revive Coffee Roastery in Columbus, Georgia. We use defined roast profiles logged in Artisan software to ensure consistency from batch to batch. Small-batch roasting gives us full control over heat application, development time, and final cup character.

We roast in controlled quantities rather than large commercial volumes. Each batch gets individual attention — every roast is logged, measured, and repeatable.

Yes. Both whole bean and ground options are available on most products. Select your preference at checkout.

We source specialty-grade green coffee from trusted growing regions including Honduras, Brazil, Sumatra, Nicaragua, and India. Specific origins may vary by product and availability. All beans are sourced through established specialty importers with documented supply chains.

Some of the green coffee we source is certified organic, and we use USDA-certified organic flavorings in select products. However, our finished coffees are not certified organic as final products, and Self Rez Coffee Company is not a USDA-certified organic roaster. We use organic ingredients where we can — we just do not overstate what that means.

No. We are not a USDA-certified organic roaster and we never display the USDA Organic seal. We do source certain certified-organic green coffees and use USDA-certified organic flavorings in select products — but a blend that includes both organic and conventional beans is not an organic product, so we do not label or sell it as one.

It means some of the unroasted coffee we purchase is certified organic at the farm and import level.

The roast date is printed directly on the bag. We recommend brewing within 30 days of the roast date for peak flavor.

Coarse: French press, cold brew. Medium-coarse: Pour over, Chemex. Medium: Drip coffee maker, Moka pot. Fine: Espresso. If you are unsure, medium is a solid starting point for most home brewers. Pre-ground coffee is set to a medium grind unless otherwise noted on the bag.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer unless the coffee is fully sealed and will not be opened for an extended period — repeated temperature changes introduce moisture and degrade flavor faster.

For the best cup, brew within 30 days of the roast date. Coffee remains drinkable beyond that but peak flavor starts to fade. The roast date is printed on every bag so you always know exactly what you are working with.

Yes. Our bags are sealed with a one-way degassing valve that allows carbon dioxide released after roasting to escape while keeping oxygen out — preserving freshness from the roastery to your cup.

Yes. We use high-quality, clean flavorings with no artificial additives. In select products we use USDA-certified organic flavorings. Coffee always comes first; the flavoring is there to enhance, not mask.

Our flavored coffees contain no added sugar and no dairy. They are allergen-free unless specifically noted on the label. Always check the ingredient panel for your specific product.

Flavoring is applied to the roasted beans after the roast process using controlled methods to ensure even distribution. The coffee is then packaged immediately to preserve freshness.

No. Clumping in flavored coffee is a natural result of the flavoring process and does not indicate spoilage or a quality issue. It has no effect on taste or freshness. Break them up before brewing if needed.

Functional coffee is real, freshly roasted coffee that includes purpose-driven ingredients alongside the coffee itself. Our functional products are sold and labeled as coffee — not supplements, not energy drinks. The coffee is always the primary ingredient.

L-Tyrosine is an amino acid naturally found in many foods including dairy, meat, fish, and eggs. It is included in Life Line as an ingredient. We make no medical or health claims about L-Tyrosine or any ingredient in our coffee.

Whiskey Wake Up beans are soaked in real whiskey as part of the infusion process and then fully roasted. The roasting process cooks off the alcohol content. The finished product is coffee, not an alcoholic beverage.

No. Whiskey Wake Up is sold and labeled as coffee. It is not regulated as an alcoholic product. The whiskey is used as a flavoring agent during processing, and no alcohol remains in the finished product after roasting.

BrewFit+ is specialty coffee infused with electrolytes. It is coffee first — the electrolytes are a feature, not the focus. It is not an energy product or supplement. It is real specialty coffee for those who want hydration support built into their morning cup without changing what they already drink.

K9 Velocity is our high-caffeine blend built on 70% Robusta and 30% Arabica. Robusta carries roughly double the caffeine of Arabica, making this our strongest cup. 15% of profits from every K9 Velocity purchase are donated to the Georgia Police K9 Foundation in support of working K9 units and their handlers.

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Self Rez Coffee is the brand. Self Revive Coffee Roasters is the roastery behind it. The names connect intentionally — Self Rez is short for Self Revive, and everything in this operation traces back to that idea. Roasted for resilience. Brewed to revive. Driven by purpose. Those are not taglines we put on a bag and forgot about — they are the operating principles this entire brand was built on and runs on every day.

Consistency, transparency, and purpose. We small-batch roast everything in-house, we are honest about what is in our coffee and what is not, and everything we build is tied to something we actually believe in. We are not trying to be everything to everyone.

Not at this time. The Self Revive Coffee Roastery is an operational production facility and is not open for public visits. We may explore events or tours in the future — follow us on social media to stay updated.

Yes. We operate as a fully licensed commercial roastery and take compliance seriously at every level.
