What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer several different options and carriers to try to provide our customers with the fastest and cheapest shipping methods.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer three different carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) for international orders.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

While we do our very best to get orders out quickly, we do not have control over shipping times. MOST orders within the United States will receive their orders within 3-5 days. Orders outside the US can take up to 2 weeks but may take as little as 5 days.

Is your coffee organic?

Yes, while some of our products may not be USDA organic certified. All of our organic products are labeled as such and have been certified by the USDA. 

Where does your coffee come from?

Our coffee beans come from many different places around the world to bring you the best tasting and freshest coffee possible.

Returns and Exchanges

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, Klarna, shop pay and paypal.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Yes, our system is backed by Shopify and uses a secure method to handle transactions

Orders

How do I place an Order?

To place an order go to the product you would like (under the coffee tab) and then click the add to cart button. From there follow the onscreen instructions. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can manage your orders when you sign up to be a member on our website. If you do not wish to sign up please contact us by email at lemon@selfrezcoffee.com

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No you do not need to have an account to place an order. Creating an account and becoming a member does offer discounts and the ability to earn points which can be used for later purchases.

How Do I Track My Order?

After placing an order you will be sent an email where you can track the progress of it as well as the shipping. You can also view and manage your orders from your account on our website.

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns on certain products within a 14 day period. As we sell coffee we can not accept returns on these items if they have already been opened.
