The Pursuit is exactly what I want in a dark roast. It’s bold and full-bodied without having that harsh, burnt taste you get from some darker coffees.
You can really pick up the dark chocolate and toasted nut flavors, with a smooth, rich finish that sticks around without being bitter. It has a little earthy, outdoorsy depth to it that gives it some character too.
If you like your coffee dark, strong, smooth, and actually full of flavor, The Pursuit is definitely worth trying. This one has earned a permanent spot in my coffee rotation.
