Description
Island Essence comes from the highlands of Sumatra, where coffee is grown in volcanic soil beneath dense tropical canopy. Farmers hand-pick ripe cherries and use the traditional wet-hulling (Giling Basah) process — a method that gives Sumatra coffee its signature body, earthy depth, and complex aroma.
Slow roasted to preserve balance and texture, Island Essence delivers bold flavor without harshness. The result is a smooth, grounded cup with low acidity and lingering richness — now available in single-serve pods for consistent, no-fuss brewing without sacrificing character.
