Self Rez Coffee Co. is a small-batch coffee roaster in Columbus, Georgia. Every bag is roasted to order at Self Revive Coffee Roasters, our in-house roastery. We don't pull your coffee off a warehouse shelf. We roast it for your order, bag it, and get it moving, usually within 1 to 3 business days.

We pick green coffee for flavor and cup quality, through importers like Royal New York, and we roast it ourselves. Each coffee gets its own roast profile, and we log every batch so the bag you get next month tastes like the one you loved this month. Choose whole bean or the grind that fits how you brew.

Live in town? We offer local delivery to eligible addresses in the Columbus area. Delivery is free on orders of $35 or more, and $3.99 under $35. Just enter your address at checkout, and if you're in our delivery zone, the local option shows up.

Self Rez was started in 2024 by Stephen, who served nine years in the Army Infantry before turning a prayer and an unexpected idea into a coffee company. Columbus and the Fort Benning community are home, and that shapes who we serve and how we give back.
