The Science Behind the Flavor
BrewFit+ is infused with real electrolytes — sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium — to help your body stay hydrated, recover faster, and perform better. Because these minerals dissolve directly into your brew, flavor can shift slightly based on how you make it — grind size, brew method, and steep time all play a role.
Electrolyte Profile per Serving
Each 12 g serving of BrewFit+ delivers:
- 300 mg Sodium – Supports hydration and fluid balance
- 350 mg Potassium – Aids muscle contraction and nerve signaling
- 60 mg Calcium – Helps with energy production and endurance
- 60 mg Magnesium – Reduces fatigue and supports recovery
That means a standard single-serve cup (about 12–14 g in a drip brewer or reusable K-cup) provides a clean, balanced cup with full hydration support no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, just functional coffee.
Brewing Tips for the Best Flavor and Balance
1. Use filtered or soft water.
BrewFit+ already contains electrolytes, so filtered water helps keep flavors clean and smooth.
2. For Pour-Over or Drip:
- Ratio: 1:16.5 (30 g coffee to ~500 g water)
- Temperature: 195–200°F
- Brew Time: 3–3½ minutes
Gives a balanced, smooth cup with clear flavor and ideal hydration support.
3. For French Press:
- Ratio: 1:15–1:16 (30 g coffee to ~450–480 g water)
- Temperature: ~198°F
- Steep Time: 4½–5 minutes
- Stir halfway through and once before plunging.
Produces a rich, full-bodied cup with even flavor distribution and strong electrolyte presence.
4. For Single-Serve / Reusable Pod:
- Dose: 12–14 g
- Brew normally BrewFit+ dissolves fully and delivers the perfect electrolyte balance in one cup.
Taste Notes
You may notice a slight mineral or “rounder” note on the first sip, especially with immersion brewing. That’s the electrolytes at work sodium and potassium dissolve early, while the roasted coffee flavors deepen as it steeps and cools. Within a few sips, the cup evens out into BrewFit+’s signature bold, smooth, and balanced taste.

Best if you have your own grinder. This gives you the freshest flavor and full control over how you brew.
🔹 Fine Grind
Ideal for pour-over cones and Aeropress (short brew time). Has a texture like table salt—fast extraction and bold flavor.
🔸 Coarse Grind
Best for Cold Brew or French Press. Chunky, sea salt-like texture that prevents over-extraction during long brews.
⚡ Espresso Grind
Perfect for espresso machines or Moka pots. Very fine and powdery, made for high-pressure brewing and strong shots.
💧 Drip Grind
Great for standard coffee makers (like Mr. Coffee, Breville, etc). Medium grind with a balanced extraction.
