Roasted: In-house by Self Revive Coffee Roasters

First Alarm Dark Roast is crafted for bold strength — deep, rich flavor with low acidity, full body, and a smooth, lingering finish. Built for those who need reliable power in every cup, this roast excels in methods that highlight its intensity and smoothness.

Drip / Pour-Over (Recommended for daily drinking)

  • Ratio: 1:15–1:16
    (20–22 g coffee → 12 oz water)
  • Grind: Medium-Coarse
  • Water Temp: 195–200°F
  • Result: Bold, rich cup with deep chocolate notes and a clean, powerful finish.

🫖 French Press

  • Ratio: 1:14–1:15
  • Grind: Coarse
  • Steep Time: 4–5 minutes
  • Result: Full-bodied and robust with enhanced sweetness and velvety mouthfeel.

❄️ Cold Brew

  • Ratio: 1:10–1:12
  • Grind: Extra-Coarse
  • Brew Time: 14–18 hours (refrigerated)
  • Result: Smooth, low-acid cup with intense flavor and natural sweetness.

Espresso & Moka Pot

  • Dose: 18–20 g in / 36–40 g out
  • Grind: Fine
  • Shot Time: 25–30 seconds
  • Result: Rich, bold espresso with dark chocolate notes and excellent crema for straight shots or milk drinks.

Final Notes
Dark roasts are bold and forgiving — they shine when brewed a little stronger. Start by adjusting grind size for taste, then tweak ratio if needed. Best enjoyed black or with a splash of milk.

Bold. Powerful. Built to fuel the mission.
