- Water Temp: 198–202°F

- Ratio: 1:15–1:16
- Grind: Coarse
- Steep Time: 4–5 minutes
- Result: Fuller body with richer sweetness and a warm, dessert-like profile.

- Ratio: 1:12–1:14
- Grind: Extra-coarse
- Brew Time: 12–16 hours
- Result: Naturally smooth and lightly sweet with low acidity and mellow flavor.
