Drip / Pour-Over (Recommended Daily Brew)

  • Ratio: 1:16–1:17
    (20–22 g coffee → 12 oz water)
  • Grind: Medium
  • Water Temp: 195–200°F
  • Result: Clean, balanced cup with prominent toasted hazelnut notes and a silky finish.

🫖 French Press

  • Ratio: 1:15–1:16
  • Grind: Coarse
  • Steep Time: 4–5 minutes
  • Result: Fuller body that highlights rich hazelnut sweetness and a creamy, nutty mouthfeel.

❄️ Cold Brew

  • Ratio: 1:8 (concentrate) or 1:12 (ready-to-drink)
  • Grind: Extra-coarse
  • Brew Time: 12–16 hours (cold)
  • Result: Exceptionally smooth and naturally sweet hazelnut flavor with very low acidity — perfect over ice.

Espresso & Moka Pot

  • Dose: 18–20 g in / 36–40 g out
  • Grind: Fine
  • Shot Time: 25–30 seconds
  • Result: Sweet hazelnut-forward espresso with a gentle nuttiness — delicious straight or as a base for lattes and cappuccinos.

Final Notes
Hazelnut Haven performs beautifully black, with a splash of cream or oat milk, or as an espresso base. Its forgiving, well-balanced profile makes it ideal for both beginners and experienced brewers — a true crowd-pleaser that highlights warm hazelnut notes without overpowering.
