K9 Velocity is a dark roast, high-caffeine blend, designed to deliver a bold, heavy-bodied cup with serious punch. For best results, use one of the methods below.
01☕ Drip Coffee Maker (Recommended)
- Grind: Medium / Drip
- Ratio: 20–22 g coffee per 12 oz water
- Water Temp: 195–205°F
Produces a strong, balanced cup with clean extraction and reliable caffeine delivery.
02🫖 French Press
- Grind: Coarse
- Ratio: 22–26 g coffee per 12 oz water
- Steep Time: 4–5 minutes
Delivers maximum body and richness with a heavier mouthfeel and slightly higher perceived strength.
03⚡ Pour-Over (High Control)
- Grind: Medium-fine
- Ratio: 20–22 g coffee per 12 oz water
- Brew Time: 2½–3½ minutes
Highlights bold chocolate and roasted notes while keeping bitterness in check.
Tip:
