How to Brew
Use the recipe ratio below.
01General brewing guide
General brewing guide (the same starting point for all our coffees).
Grind Size: Medium-fine, similar to table salt
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:16 (e.g., 20g coffee to 320ml water)
Water Temperature: 195-205°F (90-96°C)
Brew Time: 3-4 minutes
Steps
- Rinse your filter with hot water
- Add ground coffee and create a small well in the center
- Start timer and pour twice the amount of water as coffee
- Wait 30-45 seconds for the bloom
- Pour remaining water in slow, circular motions
- Enjoy your perfectly brewed coffee!
Grind Guide
Not sure which grind to pick? Match it to how you brew. Whole bean gives you the most control — grind fresh right before you brew.
Best if you have a grinder. Maximum freshness and full control over every brew. Grind only what you need, when you need it.
Texture: Unground beansVery fine and powdery. Built for high-pressure machines and strong, concentrated shots.
Texture: Powdered sugarQuick brew methods. Fast extraction and bold flavor — ideal for short brew times.
Texture: Table saltThe everyday all-rounder. Balanced extraction for standard coffee makers — Mr. Coffee, Breville, and the like.
Texture: Coarse sandSlightly coarser than drip to avoid grittiness and improve plunge resistance. Made specifically for French Press.
Texture: Rough sandChunky, sea-salt texture. Prevents over-extraction during long steeps — the right call for cold brew.

- Caramel Oasis
- Notes of nutty/caramel/chocolate. A very smooth cup with a very nice caramel after tone. One may also get a hint of smokiness which we think complements the cup nicely.
- Life Line
- A low acidity blend that adds a punch of bold flavor. Creamy peat and spice notes combine with a chocolaty earthiness to create this potent brew. A smoother brew even though its on the darker side but really brings out the chocolaty factor, adding some complimenting smoky tones. Please note Life Line is not available in Whole bean.
- Spice of Life
- We also have noticed notes of Floral, nutty, and spices
- -Made with natural spices, no artificial flavoring
- -Contains cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger
