How to Brew
Use the recipe ratio below.

General brewing guide (the same starting point for all our coffees).
Grind Size: Medium-fine, similar to table salt
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:16 (e.g., 20g coffee to 320ml water)
Water Temperature: 195-205°F (90-96°C)
Brew Time: 3-4 minutes
Steps
- Rinse your filter with hot water
- Add ground coffee and create a small well in the center
- Start timer and pour twice the amount of water as coffee
- Wait 30-45 seconds for the bloom
- Pour remaining water in slow, circular motions
- Enjoy your perfectly brewed coffee!

Yes! With the Roaster's Pair coffee option from Self Rez Coffee, you can mix and match two different coffee roasts or double up on your favorite. Select the roasts you love the most for a perfect personalized coffee experience.
Does the Roaster's Pair product include whole bean and ground options?
Yes, most of our coffee options for the Roaster's Pair product are available in both whole bean and ground forms. However, please note that our Life Line roast is only available as ground coffee.
What if a coffee I want is out of stock?
Only in-stock coffees can be chosen for Roaster's Pair, so every bag you pick is ready to roast and ship. If a roast is out of stock, you'll be able to choose it again once it's back.
