Good Company is a smooth, medium-dark roast with notes of milk chocolate, natural sweetness, and subtle almond. These starting recipes bring out its balanced body and gentle nutty finish.

☕ Drip / Pour-Over (Recommended)
Ratio: 1:16
(22 g coffee → 12 fl oz water)
Grind: Medium for drip; medium-fine for pour-over
Water Temp: 198–202°F
Result: Smooth milk chocolate notes with balanced sweetness and a clean almond finish.

🫖 French Press
Ratio: 1:15–1:16
Grind: Coarse
Steep Time: 4–5 minutes
Result: A fuller-bodied cup that highlights the chocolate notes and warm, nutty character.

❄️ Cold Brew
Ratio: 1:12–1:14 for ready-to-drink coffee
Grind: Coarse
Brew Time: 18–24 hours in the refrigerator
Result: A mellow, chocolate-forward cup with soft sweetness. Strain and keep refrigerated.

⚡ Espresso
Dose: 18 g in / 36 g out
Grind: Fine
Shot Time: 25–30 seconds as a starting point
Result: Concentrated chocolate notes with a rounded body and almond finish—great on its own or with milk.

☕ Moka Pot
Dose: Fill the basket level without tamping; fill water to just below the safety valve
Grind: Medium-fine, slightly coarser than espresso
Heat: Low to medium; remove from heat when the flow begins to sputter
Result: A rich, robust cup with deeper chocolate character.

Final Notes
If your cup tastes bitter or drying, try a slightly coarser grind or lower water temperature. Enjoy it black to appreciate its natural sweetness, or add milk or cream for a softer, chocolate-forward cup.
