Every roast Self Rez Coffee makes is on this page: light, medium and dark, flavored, espresso, decaf and the functional blends. Nothing is roasted ahead and stored. Each bag is small-batch roasted to order on a drum roaster in Columbus, GA, then shipped in 1–3 business days.
Most roasts come whole bean or ground (coarse, press, drip, fine or espresso). The functional blends are ground only. Bags come in 12 oz and 1 lb, with 5 lb on many roasts.

A good starting ratio is 1:16 (about 14 g of coffee for an 8 oz cup) with water at 195–205°F. Grind just before you brew if you buy whole bean.
